Saturday 8.30am till 5pm

We are excited to announce that we are now looking for new members to join our reception/front of house team. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments and schedules efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary forms are completed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- Coordinate payments
- Ensure the reception area and surrounding is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably in a dental or medical setting but not essential as full training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
