Are you a receptionist seeking a fresh opportunity? We're looking for a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to become a valued member of our team.

Position Details:

Working Days: Fridays 08:00 - 18:00 plus 2 x Sat per month 08.00 - 13.00/14.00 We're looking for someone who can occasionally step in for extra shifts too so a degree of flexibility is desirable

Your Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival Scheduling and managing patient appointments Handling phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records Supporting the check-in and check-out process Coordinating with dental staff for smooth daily operations Managing billing and payments Performing general administrative tasks to support the practice

About You:

You will have previous reception experience; dental experience is preferred but not essential A friendly and professional receptionist with a passion for patient care. Previous dental reception experience is desirable but not essential. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Committed to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
