We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and office skills, ensuring that our front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a welcoming attitude, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as required.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Handle any enquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with other team members to support practice operations as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in dental practice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly demeanour with a customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with SOE Exact preferred.
