Responsibilities:



Be the face of

IMPRESS

, deliver a world-class experience for every customer. Greet patients who enter our beautiful flagship clinic. Organise patient documentation and medical forms. Manage the clinic diaries. Maintain confidentiality for ensuring that patient information is kept secure and accessible only to authorised personnel. Maximise efficiencies and patient experience. Coordinate with booking teams to improve patient flow to clinicians throughout the day.

Requirements:



Previous experience in customer service Previous experience in a dental or medical clinic would be ideal. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Energetic, well-organised and team spirited. Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients. Excellent organisational and management skills. Strong knowledge and use of PC and common software applications. Availability to travel for ensuring the clinics' criteria is up to standards. Work permit for the U.K. Being able to work across 2 clinics in London.
