Dental Receptionist - Full-Time

Newcastle under Lyme Dental Practice

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 7:45am to 5:15pm (Weds until 6:15pm, Fri until 4:15pm)


We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, well-established private dental practice in Newcastle-under-Lyme. We're based in a beautiful Victorian building opposite the Independent Newcastle High School, with easy access to Stoke and the M6.


Our busy, 6-chair practice has been caring for patients for over 50 years. We're known for our work in Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Invisalign, and we currently look after more than 6,000 private and Denplan patients. We pride ourselves on having a stable, experienced team and a warm, welcoming environment.

Who we're looking for:

A friendly, organised and confident communicator Previous experience in reception or a customer-facing role (dental background preferred) Applicants who are GDC-registered or have dental nursing experience will be prioritised Excellent computer skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude Someone who thrives in a busy setting and is committed to delivering a great patient experience
