Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional front-of-house team member to join our clinic and work alongside our existing team to elevate the clinic's service and growth



The role will mainly be in front of house and reception, with some patient coordination.

We want someone enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisation skills who can create a fantastic, welcoming environment for our patients.

You will work alongside our other expereinced receptionist, practice manager, and clinical director.

Minimum requirements

:

Front of house experience in private dental practice of at least 2 years Good knowledge of clinical treatments, including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign and cosmetic procedures Excellent communications skills and manner (email, Social media, WhatsApp, phone and video calls) Ability to learn new software swiftly

Ideal Working Hours



Below are our ideal working hours, however we are flexible to offer more as long as these shifts are covered:

Sunday 09:30 - 16:30 (Every other week to begin with)

Monday 09:00 - 19:00

Tuesday 16:00 - 19:00

Wednesday 16:00 - 19:00

Thursday 16:00 - 19:00

Friday off

Saturday off

Responsibilities



We will shape your specific role after discussing your strengths and weaknesses and this role will be dynamic in nature, but as a guide, this is what we imagine you to be working on

Handling inbound enquiries via SM, WhatsApp, phone and email Discussing the patient's treatment options and finance plans when required to do so, following the advice of the clinical team Following up with patients after they leave the clinic and providing any further assistance Tracking patient and treatment lists Preparing reports on patient conversions Helping the team with marketing ideas and campaigns Helping with the practice social media (gathering content to send to our social manager) Reachign out to nearby businesses to establish partnerships and deals
