At Sarum Dental Practice we have a position available for a full time Dental Receptionist (4/5 days) to join our friendly, well-established, mixed practice in the heart of Salisbury city.

To be considered for the role the ideal candidate will have some front desk reception experience or previous experience of working in a dental practice.

The role as a Receptionist



Meeting and greeting patients providing a great first impression

Scheduling patient appointments, answering the telephone, verify and updating patient information

Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

Supporting the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice

Responsible for the collection and receipt of payments

Liaising with other dental professionals, referral practices and laboratories

We are looking for someone with a friendly personality and professional manner and with the following skills and experience:



Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confident and cope well under pressure

A high standard of personal presentation

Excellent telephone manner

Personable, positive and enthusiastic with great patient focus

The ability to be organise, multitask and be able to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From 12.50 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Interviews will be held face to face
