A genuine passion for people and providing exceptional customer service. Tech-confident and comfortable using modern booking systems, email, and digital communication tools. Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the practice.
