Handle payments, treatment plans, and billing queries with transparency and professionalism.
Liaise closely with the clinical team to support seamless day-to-day operations.
Support wider administrative duties such as inventory tracking, correspondence, and maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area.

A genuine passion for people and providing exceptional customer service.
Tech-confident and comfortable using modern booking systems, email, and digital communication tools.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the practice.

Be part of building something special from the ground up.
Work in a beautifully designed, modern space equipped with the latest technology.
