Summary

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team at Polygon Dental Practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage the booking system effectively. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Assist with billing and insurance claims processing as needed. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment. Proven knowledge of dental Implant procedures.
