Stourbridge Dental & Implant Clinic is currently looking for a well-motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to help develop and grow our modern private practice.
The clinic is looking for someone that has the ability to work in a fast paced environment and is able to work as a team player.

As a part of the receptionist team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality front-of-house service to our patients, contributing to an overall exceptional patient experience.
This role has significant responsibility and includes patient-related tasks such as:
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Booking appointments, managing utilisation and organising the diary for multiple clinicians.
Taking payments and end of day banking
Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.
Promoting patient feedback and reviews.
Reception team members are critical to the first impressions of our patients and, therefore, must be able to carry out the above tasks to the highest standards:

Have an excellent telephone manner.
Previous administration or reception experience.
Be personable, positive and enthusiastic with excellent customer focus.
Efficient computer skills.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
Achieve positive outcomes from patient queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that the Manager and staff are fully aware of any relevant feedback from patients.
Assist patients with any queries they may have.
Excellent attention to detail when multitasking.
Previous dental experience required.
