We are looking for a dynamic , presentable well-spoken front of house administrative receptionist who is also tech savvy. Know how of Microsoft word, excel and desirable knowledge of any dental software. Excellent pay package to start asap in a very friendly family dental practice with a small team. The practice has been established over 50 years so has long term clients.
The incoming candidate will have to take over full control of customer service and front of house duties, be empathetic towards patients and good with daily accounts. There is a General manager to report to but all administrative duties for the advertised site will be the applicants responsibility .
Qualifications
- Office experience
- Administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
