We are looking for a Patient Co-ordinator (Receptionist) to join our expanding team, who will provided a high level of customer care for our patients.
Our practice, based in the heart of York, is independently owned and provides family dental care.
Working hours:
26.75 to 35 hours per week over 3 to 4 days. 7.45am to 5.30pm.
Starting salary:
Minimum Wage (negotiable for candidate with previous dental experience)

Specific Skills Required:
Dental background is preferred but medical, administrative or hospitality background will also be considered
Excellent focus on patient journey and hight level of customer service
Willing to learn and carry out continued professional development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, calm, caring with a positive attitude
Experience with Dentally Software (preferred but no required)
A good level of computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft office 365
GDC registration (desirable but not required)
Your Key Responsibilities:
To provide a reliable, efficient and timely service to ensure we exceed patient expectations at every visit and provide a first class customer experience
Provide support to our patients via our reception our our in-house call centre
To work as part of the whole dental team to assist in the provision and delivery of dental care services to patients
Ensure that all activities undertaken at the practice are in line with our policies and procedures
To maintain and update patient records and carry out administration duties
