therapist-led care model
. Our aim is to deliver high-quality preventive and routine clinical care through our dental therapists, while enabling our dentists to focus on more comprehensive and complex treatments.
We are looking for an
experienced, confident Dental Therapist
who enjoys autonomy, teamwork, and delivering excellent patient care in a private setting.
The Role
You will play a key role in the clinical team, managing your own patient list and providing a wide scope of care under a collaborative model with our dentists.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out
examinations within scope
and contributing to
treatment planning
Providing
hygiene and periodontal care
Delivering
simple restorative treatments
(e.g. composites, primary restorations)
Preventive dentistry and patient education
Managing recall and ongoing care patients
Working closely with dentists to:
Escalate complex findings
Refer advanced treatment appropriately
Maintaining accurate, high-quality clinical records
Contributing to a positive patient experience and practice culture
What We're Looking For
Essential
GDC-registered Dental Therapist
Proven experience working in a
private or mixed practice
Confident delivering exams, hygiene, and routine restorative care
Strong communication and patient-management skills
Comfortable working with a degree of autonomy
Desirable
Experience working in a therapist-led or shared-care model
Experience with private fee-per-item dentistry
Interest in long-term patient relationships and prevention-focused care
