We're now looking for a caring, motivated
Dental Therapist
to join our friendly team and help us deliver the very best care to our patients.
Role Overview
As a Dental Therapist, you'll work
to your full scope of practice
-- including carrying out dental examinations, hygiene care, and restorative treatments -- while focusing on prevention and patient education.
You'll play an important role in supporting our mission to provide caring, professional, and progressive dental care, ensuring that every patient feels listened to, cared for, and confident in their smile.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality clinical care within the full scope of Dental Therapy, including:
Examinations and diagnosis
Direct restorations on both adult and child patients
Preventive and periodontal treatments
Fissure sealants, fluoride applications, and oral hygiene instruction
Promote prevention-focused oral health care and patient education
Build strong relationships with patients, fostering trust and continuity of care
Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, and the wider team to ensure excellent patient experiences
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with GDC and practice standards
Adhere to all clinical governance, infection control, and health and safety protocols
Contribute positively to team meetings, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
GDC-registered Dental Therapist
Confident in working independently and within a supportive team environment
Passionate about prevention and patient-centred dentistry
Kind, professional, and proactive, with strong communication skills
Committed to continuous professional development and excellence in clinical standards
