We're looking for an enthusiastic
Dental Therapist
to become part of our friendly, experienced team in a modern, 6-surgery practice that continues to grow with strong private demand. Our practice has a proud reputation for delivering excellent care to both NHS and private patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to improved health outcomes through personalised care. The Therapist will utilise their specialised skills to deliver effective treatments, ensuring patient comfort and progress.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and psychological needs.
Develop customised treatment plans based on individual assessments and medical histories.
Deliver therapeutic interventions using techniques aligned with the patient's condition, including manual therapy, counselling, or specialised modalities.
Monitor patient progress throughout therapy sessions, adjusting approaches as necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and optimise patient recovery pathways.
Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health management.
