Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and confident Dental Therapist to join our growing team. This position is on a part-time basis, 4 days per week, to support an existing dental therapist, hygienist and dentists. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work independently and utilise the full scope of dental therapy practice. You will be treating child NHS patients, as well as planning and providing care for private and plan adult patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality dental therapy care to NHS and private patients, including adults and children. Work independently within a supportive team. Utilise your full scope of practice, including prevention, periodontal care, restorative treatments, and oral health education. Plan and manage patient care, including private treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of patient care and compliance. Demonstrate sound clinical judgement and be confident in recognising when to refer patients outside your scope of practice, ensuring patient safety and best outcomes.

About You:

GDC-registered Dental Therapist. Right to work in the UK preferred however option for sponsorship available Confident working independently and working within a team. Experienced in treating both adults and children. Committed to delivering excellent patient care and promoting oral health. Strong communication and organisational skills. Able to identify cases that require referral and act appropriately.
