We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our healthcare team, providing specialised support to patients through comprehensive assessment and personalised treatment plans. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy, medical imaging, and CAD software to facilitate accurate diagnostics and effective therapy delivery. Duties
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, utilising medical imaging techniques where appropriate.
Develop customised therapy programmes tailored to individual patient needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
Utilise CAD software to assist in planning and visualising treatment approaches, ensuring precision and clarity.
Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to optimise outcomes.
Educate patients on their conditions and provide guidance on exercises or lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, radiologists, and physiotherapists to ensure holistic patient care.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Therapist or similar role within a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical imaging techniques.
Proficiency in CAD software utilisation for planning purposes.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills to engage with patients empathetically.
Relevant qualifications recognised within the healthcare sector; additional certifications in medical imaging or specialised therapy fields are advantageous.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
