South Cliff Dental Group is a group of practices that provide general dental services (both NHS and private) to patients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing personalised therapeutic services to patients, supporting their recovery and wellbeing. This position offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, utilising advanced medical imaging and EXACT Software to enhance treatment outcomes. The ideal applicant will possess strong anatomical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
Utilise EXACT software and medical imaging tools to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Implement therapeutic interventions based on individual patient requirements, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
Monitor patient progress throughout therapy sessions, adjusting approaches as necessary for optimal results.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all treatments, assessments, and patient interactions in accordance with organisational standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Dentists to coordinate care plans.
Educate patients on their conditions and provide guidance on exercises or lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
Stay informed about advancements in medical imaging techniques and anatomy knowledge relevant to therapeutic practices.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Therapist within a healthcare or clinical environment.
Familiarity with EXACT applications utilised in medical settings for treatment planning or visualisation purposes.
Experience interpreting medical imaging results.
Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and related health sciences.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to patients and team members.
