Therapist Role - Cwmbran, South Wales

We are looking for a dental therapist for a private patient list, who genuinely cares - about people, prevention, and playing a meaningful role in a team that values kindness, contribution, and continuity. This is a well-established, independently owned practice in the heart of Cwmbran, with a loyal patient base and a strong local reputation. You will be supported by a Principal who believes in professional trust, and a Business Development Manager who ensures the operations run smoothly so you can focus on what you do best.

You will work within your full scope of practice, delivering care with professional autonomy, but always in line with our shared standards and patient journey - built around clinical excellence, kindness, and clarity. This consistency is part of what makes our reputation strong and our patients loyal.

We are investing in new equipment (including an intra-oral camera and airflow) and welcome your input in with this. The practice runs on R4 and is developing a membership model grounded in prevention and long-term health benefits.

The Details:
Location: Cwmbran, South Wales
Days: Flexible (3 to 5 days per week, hours negotiable)
Package: Circa 35-40 per hour, flexible depending on experience, with the option to be employed or self-employed, plus a percentage of treatment completed

Support: Strong mentoring and management support, ideal for therapists at any career stage
Facilities: newly refurbished surgery
