Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Dental Therapist for our Practice in York City Centre.

What we are looking for:

Self-employed Dental Therapist preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience Part Time Position - Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Fridays (min of 2 days) Available to work 8am to 5pm (with 1 hour lunch) Must be GDC Registered Must have suitable indemnity A passion for dentistry and professional development Excellent communication skills Commitment to our team and our practice Empathetic, kind, welcoming with a positive outlook

What we can offer you:

30-minute hygiene appointments or 45 minute periodontal appointments - 1 day per week (38 per hour) Your own NHS Children's list - up to 2 days per week (10 per UDA) Chairside support from one of our excellent dental nurses Very Low FTA rate Access to funding for further training/qualifications which would benefit the practice An established independent dental practice with clinical director on hand Referrals from experienced clinicians and direct access available A supportive and experienced Practice Manager, Lead Dental Therapist, Lead Dental Nurse and Lead Patient Co-ordinator A friendly and well organised team of dentists, hygienists, dental nurses and patient co-ordinators Modern equipment and Dentally software Fantastic location - only a few minutes' walk from York City Centre and York Train Station with good bus links and 'pay and display' parking nearby.
We are unable to accept candidates without therapy experience or who require sponsorship.

Pay: From 38.00 per hour
