In addition to our clinic in Harrogate, you will be part of our wider team based at our clinic in Leeds. While this role will primarily be based at our Harrogate clinic, working alongside our team in Leeds underscores our ambition and provides even greater opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

What We're Looking For



We're seeking a driven, personable, and empathetic professional to be the face of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in dentistry

, with a basic understanding of treatments such as dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and sedation. (Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your knowledge.)

Exceptional communication skills

, with the ability to connect with patients and colleagues in a variety of formats, including phone calls, emails, professional WhatsApp accounts, and face-to-face interactions.

A talent for building rapport

with both existing and new patients, ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.

An understanding of lead conversion

, CRM systems, and how to maximise conversion rates to drive clinic success.

Strong computer skills

and familiarity with software systems.
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our team of professionals and guiding them to continually improve our patient journey and conversion rates.

The Role



This is a

full-time position

where your primary focus will be to

convert new leads and increase the clinic's treatment uptake and conversion rates.

While there are various responsibilities in this role, your success will be measured by your ability to engage new patients and guide them through their treatment journey effectively.

Key aspects of the role include:

Managing patient relationships and coordinating treatments. Using your exceptional communication skills to connect with patients via phone calls, emails, professional WhatsApp accounts, and in person. Ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for patients, from their first contact to their completed treatment. Supporting the clinic's lead conversion efforts by effectively utilising CRM systems and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with a talented team of professionals, contributing to our mission to deliver world-class dentistry.
