Treatment Coordinator (TCO) - Full-Time | Be the Heart of Patient Experience at Our Leading Mixed Dental Practice in Daventry!

Location: Daventry Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Mixed NHS & Private | 5-surgery Practice with itero scanner

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our friendly, long-standing team at our well-respected dental practice in here in Daventry. This is a key front-facing role within a busy mixed NHS and private Dental practice -- ideal for someone who loves working with people, is confident in sales conversations, and wants to grow in a modern clinical environment.

About the Role - As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll become the go-to person for patients considering private or complex treatments. You'll build strong, trust-based relationships by clearly explaining procedures, scanning the patients using the latest Itero scanner , helping patients understand their options, and guiding them through the finance process with confidence and care. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for new and returning patients interested in treatments. Explaining procedures and treatment plans in clear, friendly, and professional language. Discussing fees and finance options in a confident, transparent, and patient-centric way. Supporting patients with accessing finance where appropriate. Following up on treatment enquiries and helping patients progress with their journey.Working closely with clinicians and reception to coordinate care and optimise bookings. Helping drive private treatment uptake through great service and proactive communication.

Who We're Looking For -This role is perfect for someone who is : Smart, presentable, and self-motivated. An excellent communicator -- calm, professional, and able to engage with people from all walks of life. Sales -- you don't need to be pushy, just persuasive with purpose. Organised and able to multitask confidently under pressure. Comfortable discussing treatment options, costs, and finance in a reassuring way. A team player with a flexible, proactive approach. Experienced in dentistry is essential and being a registered Qualified Dental Nurse to use the latest Itero scanner on patients
