Ferry Dental Centre is seeking for a dedicated and detail-oriented experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient treatment process for our patients. This position requires excellent organisational skills, dental knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and staff. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient schedules, seeing them for a consultation and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and assist them throughout their treatment journey. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic's resources. Coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring clarity and understanding for patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations. Answer patient inquiries regarding treatments, procedures, and office policies with professionalism and care. Assist in managing office operations to ensure a welcoming environment for patients. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall patient experience and streamline processes.

Qualifications

Previous experience is a must. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Proficient in using office software and technology to manage schedules and patient records. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
