We are seeking a Department Managers to work Nights on our N2 Shift to lead operations within our Distribution Centre. You'll oversee automation systems, ensure compliance, drive performance, optimise processes, and control costs. Your leadership will be key in maintaining productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage automation technologies and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Drive team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and development.
Optimize processes for productivity and efficiency.
Control departmental budgets and monitor expenses.
Foster a positive work culture and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Proven management experience in a distribution centre or logistics environment.
