About the role



An exciting opportunity has arisen to be the single driving force behind the sales process within one of the departments in Anglia Door Systems.

Owning the sales process, whether from self-generated leads, or incoming enquiries, the successful applicant will manage the process from initial survey to order being placed, through successful negotiation.

Ensuring accurate information is updated on the CRM system, generating quotations in line with company GP targets.

Liaising with the Head of department to deliver the Department Sales Plan.

Communicating the quotations to the customer in a manner that suits them, and successfully receiving Purchase Orders through effective negotiation that are in line with company's vision.

Manage and analyse the conversion rate of quotes lost vs quotes won and develop strategic plans to improve business performance.

Looking after the customer will be at the core of success for this role, whilst balancing the business needs.

The successful candidate will be motivated, organised, commercially minded and be driven to succeed.

Building the customer relationship through effective communication and delivering commitments.

Reporting to the Head of Department, this is a Full Time role, working 40 hours per week within the office and out in the field.

The salary is 45k OTE including an attractive performance bonus scheme, which will be discussed at interview.

Access to a company vehicle will be provided when field visits are required, this could be a pool vehicle or the Head of Departments vehicle for use on the day,

As the Department Sales Manager, delivering for our customers is crucial to the success of the business, you will be expected to work the hours that are required within the department for example if a customer requires a survey completing early or late in the day this will be expected, but not normal. This will be managed within your 40 hour working week.
