Job Summary:

Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a skilled

Depot Manager

to oversee our Hayes depot operations efficiently while primarily focussing on Sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, retail and sales management experience, and the ability to supervise and manage a team effectively. You will be supported and reporting directly to our Regional Manager.

:

Sales:

Manage the sales team to ensure revenue growth. Procure customers in the new southern localities. Conduct market research to ensure the implementation of effective sales strategies.
Operations:

Implement Euro Foods Group Ltd systems to ensure accurate warehouse reporting, accurate stocking and accurate picking. Aid the operations manager in ensuring the transport department is fully serviced, maintained and operating within the bounds of the law. Assist operations manager in employee relations, from hiring to termination. Ensure Health and Safety is first priority.
Store:

Oversee the installation and fitting of a state of the art Masala Bazaar Cash and Carry store. Ensure the smooth running operation of the store, in line with Company systems elsewhere. Driving sales within the store to achieve Head Office targets.
Depot Management:

Managing stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects, securing funding and managing expectations. Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet operational deadlines. Ensure you lead the depot.

Experience:

Launching depot experience highly desirable. Ability to speak and communicate Bengali highly desirable. Proven track record in sales. Proven track record in managing people.
