We require a Depot Manager to work at our Elite Garages Maidstone branch!
Role
To take bookings for MOTs, service and repair work and manage the work ensuring all customers are kept informed at all stages. To distribute and control work to a team of technicians and MOT testers to maximise quality and overall efficiency in the workshop. Producing invoices for completed work. Proven customer service experience and confident handling of queries over the phone and face to face is essential.
Requirements
Knowledge of Fast fit/Retail Industry
Computer Literate
Hold a current driving licence
