Managing the depot and equipment
Ensuring all compliance and health and safety requirements are adhered to
Ensuring all departments are liaising internally to ensure customer\'s requirements are met in a timely manner

Recruitment, onboarding and performance management

Exciting opportunity for a candidate with experience in plant machinery|Depot Manager experience preferred

Previous experience as a Depot, Workshop or Site Manager within an Engineering or Construction company
Engineering/Construction/Agriculture qualification
Experience within managing a team of engineers including KPIs, performance management, training and development
Excellent communication skills including liaising with suppliers, contractors and customers
