to help us build something great from the ground up!

As our

Depot People & Finance Specialist

, you'll be the heart of our depot's financial, and people processes. Reporting directly to the Depot General Manager, you'll help manage budgets, monitor costs, support recruitment, and make sure our admin and HR systems run smoothly. Your insights will help the team make smart decisions and keep things running efficiently.

Partnering with the Depot General Manager to manage budgets and identify ways to save money without compromising on quality Keeping a close eye on depot costs and trends to spot opportunities and potential risks Making sure purchase orders are raised on time and within budget Managing admin, finance, and HR processes -- including training colleagues on new systems Being the expert on our reporting tools and HR platforms like Flash, EVRi, UKG, and MyHR Supporting our people through pay queries, absence reviews, and recruitment follow-ups Championing local communications to keep the whole team informed and engaged

Essential skills and experience required:





Some financial or bookkeeping experience (formal qualifications are a bonus but not essential) Strong analytical skills with a good eye for detail Confident with IT - especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience working in a busy team environment Good communication and people skills - someone who's approachable and professional Able to work independently and take initiative
