Embrace Care is looking for an experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our Ofsted-regulated service in Preston, supporting children, young people, and adults with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Emotional & Behavioural Needs. You'll be working in a supportive environment that focuses on providing high-quality care and personal development for the individuals we support.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting the Care Manager in delivering high-quality care, ensuring the well-being of those we support, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Your Role as Deputy Care Manager:



Support the Care Manager in delivering a person-centred care service that focuses on the well-being and development of those we support Lead by example, providing direct support and guidance to the team of support workers Drive high standards of safeguarding, care planning, and positive behaviour strategies Support with the preparation and management of the service for Ofsted inspections Collaborate with families, external agencies, and professionals to ensure holistic care and outcomes Assist in maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for those we support, helping to develop their independence and life skills

What You'll Need:



Experience managing or deputising in an Ofsted-regulated care setting for children or young adults Experience in delivering person-centred care Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management - Residential Childcare (or equivalent/working towards) A passion for personal development and providing high-quality care Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team
