Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Clinical Manager to support the effective operation of our 50 Bed Nursing Home Facility. The Client group includes people living with dementia, mental health issues and complex needs.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting the Home Manager in overseeing clinical services, ensuring high standards of patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with management experience to develop their leadership skills within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Home Manager with operational, clinical and administrative running of the home. Maintain high-quality, person-centred care aligned with CQC Quality Statements. Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams. Deputise fully for the Home Manager when required. Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with organisational policies

Requirements

NMC registered Eligibility to work in the UK -Please note we do not offer sponsorship. 5 years proven management experience within a healthcare or clinical setting Level 5 in leadership and management is desirable but not essential Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams Excellent organisational and communication abilities Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
