Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager

Corsham, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Rangeford Villages develops and operates integrated retirement communities for people aged over 60. We create exciting, innovative and contemporary villages for residents to live life to the full, with a wide range of leisure activities, services, support and care. We promote well-being whilst helping owners maintain an active and independent lifestyle.

We believe in building trust by providing compassionate care, empowering our teams to enrich lives, and fostering a vibrant and valued community where everyone belongs.

Wadswick Green is a vibrant independent retirement village development of luxury homes in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside just outside Bath. The Pavilion is at the heart of the village housing Village Services, pool, spa, gym, and the Greenhouse restaurant and bar, serving both owners and members of the public.

Rangeford Care is our in house care provider and unlike many care providers in this area, is set up as a domiciliary care service, with the convenience of being on one site. We are extremely proud of the strong team spirit and the high level of care we provide for our lovely clients.

We are seeking a committed and proactive Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to join our dynamic team.

This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Registered Manager and take the lead during early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends. With a balanced 2-week rolling shift pattern (37.5 hours/week average), you'll play a key role in supporting our care teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and delivering regular hands-on care as part of your split between a supernumerary function and care delivery role.

You will also participate in the on-call rota, helping us maintain safe and responsive services 24/7. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in domiciliary or residential care, a strong understanding of CQC standards, and a passion for leading by example.

If you're looking for a role that offers both responsibility and variety--with real impact on people's lives--we'd love to hear from you!
