You will manage the safe operation of Chelsea & Westminster Hospital's Mechanical & Electrical systems, ensuring compliance and exceeding customer expectations. Your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring smooth contract delivery.
Main Duties:
Oversee PPM and reactive works, including statutory compliance.
Manage HV & LV installations, including authorised persons and switching schedules.
Handle quotations, repairs, specialist sub-contractor orders, and completion certificates.
Maintain records, budget control, and Forward Maintenance Register.
Manage team training, PPE, and stock control.
Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH compliance.
Attend performance management meetings with clients.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Building Services (supervisory role).
Strong management, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
HNC/ONC in Building Services Engineering with electrical content.
LV & HV Authorised Person qualified.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CAFM systems.
