We are looking for an

Deputy Food and Beverage Manager

to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage department, delivering an outstanding experience for our guests while leading a passionate team in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What you'll be doing:

Lead and Develop the Team:

Coach, develop, and inspire your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service while building positive relationships.

Oversee Operations:

Manage the front-of-house operations, ensuring your team is providing a seamless and enjoyable customer experience from open to close.

Data-Informed Decisions:

Use insights from data and observations to drive decisions that enhance both the customer experience and overall performance. Set goals to improve team engagement and performance.

Budget and Labour Management:

Use forecasting and scheduling tools to ensure the right balance of staffing while staying within the required budgets.

Stock Management:

Ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.

Initiative Roll-Out:

Lead and execute new initiatives aimed at operational excellence and driving business results.

Quality Control:

Oversee the preparation of quality food and beverages, ensuring adherence to recipe and presentation standards.

Exceptional Customer Service:

Lead by example with a customer-first attitude, role-modelling legendary service, and fostering genuine connections with customers.

Workspace Management:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both customers and staff.

What we're looking for:

Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or customer service environment. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for visitors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Ability to make data-driven decisions and set goals to drive business performance. Experience managing budgets, staffing, and inventory. A proactive and hands-on approach with a 'can-do' attitude. A flexible and adaptable mindset--no two days are ever the same!
