Deputy Front Of House Manager
Job Description
Our 180 cover Restaurant needs a skilled and experienced Deputy to our Front of House Manager. The Deputy will lead a team of 30 colleagues as we deliver great service to our many customers. Bay View is a busy garden centre located in Bolton-le-Sands, overlooking beautiful Morecambe Bay. The successful candidate will possess the passion and drive to lead and develop the front of house team.
The applicant must have previous experience of managing a team within a busy restaurant.
The Restaurant at Bay View Garden Centre can be very busy and two days are never the same. The role requires some manual work: moving stock and replenishing displays.
This is a full-time position to includes most weekends. The Restaurant closes at 5.00pm and there is no evening working.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
