The Role:

Support Leadership:Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Team Management:Supervise and motivate team members,ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. Guest Experience:Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high-quality service,ambiance,and offerings. Business Operations:Assist in managing day-to-day operations,including financial management,staffing,and inventory control. Training and Development:Support in training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance. Community Engagement:Build relationships with the local community and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and engagement.
