Now, we're looking for a

Deputy General Manager

who's ready to jump into the madness, lead from the front, and make every service feel like showtime.

What you'll be doing:

Running the show alongside our General Manager -- leading a buzzing team through busy weekends, event days, and those glorious sunny garden sessions. Getting stuck in -- this is not a clipboard job. You'll be on the floor, in the mix, serving guests, and setting the vibe. Driving sales, smashing targets, and helping grow the brand. Bringing energy, ideas, and maybe a few wild ones -- we love trying new things. Helping with our

outside events and catering gigs

-- from Bedford to Monaco, we do it all.
What we're looking for:

A natural people person -- you love leading teams and making things happen. Experience in high-volume hospitality (think busy pub, restaurant, or event space). Calm under pressure but thrives in chaos. You love good food, good music, and good people. You're hungry (for success andsteak).
