Your Role: Director of the Floor
As a Deputy General Manager at Fridays, you're not behind the scenes - you're front and centre. • Own the Production: Oversee operations, including people management, guest satisfaction, profitability, and health & safety.
• Deliver the Atmosphere: Maintain standards, drive excellence, and keep the vibe electric - every detail matters.

• You bring leadership experience from hospitality or another fast-paced, guest-facing business.
