Job Description

This is a senior nursing role at a Barchester Healthcare care home, where you will support the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care, leading a multidisciplinary team, and developing strategies to achieve goals.
Main duties of the job
