Signature Group are looking to hire Deputy General Managers across our Estate!

Deputy General Manager Duties

Operational Management

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations,ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently while meeting company goals and standards.

Team Leadership & Development

- Support in managing and motivating staff,ensuring effective recruitment,training,and performance management to maintain a productive and positive team environment.

Financial Oversight

- Assist with budgeting,financial planning,and monitoring financial performance to ensure the business meets its revenue targets and stays within budget.

Customer Relations & Service Excellence

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer feedback,resolving issues,and implementing service improvements where needed.

Compliance & Standards

- Ensure all company policies,procedures,and legal regulations are adhered to,maintaining a safe and compliant environment for both staff and customers.

Required Skills

Leadership & Team Management

- Strong ability to lead,motivate,and manage a team,ensuring high performance,staff development,and a positive workplace culture.

Financial Acumen

- Proficiency in budgeting,financial analysis,and cost control to support business profitability and achieve financial goals.

Strategic Thinking

- Ability to analyse business performance,identify areas for improvement,and implement strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Excellent Communication Skills

- Clear and effective communication with staff,customers,and senior management,ensuring smooth operations and collaboration across departments.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

- Strong analytical skills to address challenges,make informed decisions,and implement practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
