Deputy General Manager -- The Compasses, Greenfield

And it doesn't stop there. We're part of a growing group that also handles outside catering, The Game Fair, and even the Monaco F1 Grand Prix. If you're after a career that's going places (literally), this is it. We even had Scouting for Girls play at the pub this year.

Now we're on the hunt for a Deputy General Manager who's ready to take charge, lead from the front, and keep the energy high every single day.

What you'll be doing:

Running shifts like a boss -- leading from the front and setting the tone. Working hand-in-hand with our GM to drive service, sales, and standards. Creating unforgettable guest experiences (and having fun doing it). Jumping into our event and catering projects when things get exciting (hello, Monaco). Bringing ideas, personality, and passion to everything you do.
What we're looking for:

Someone with leadership experience in a busy pub or restaurant. You thrive under pressure and love the buzz of a packed venue. You're people-focused, team-driven, and big on energy. You don't take yourself too seriously -- but you take the job seriously.
