4 days per week (flexibility for 5 days when needed)

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on

Deputy General Manager

to support the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You'll work closely with the General Manager and lead our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operations and team management Lead service with energy and professionalism Ensure high standards of customer care and consistency Help train, motivate, and support staff Handle service issues with a calm, proactive approach

What We're Looking For

We're mainly looking for someone who's passionate about hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential if you bring the right attitude and drive.

You should be:

Confident leading a team Focused on delivering great service Flexible and reliable Positive, organised, and guest-focused

What We Offer
