The Brotherhood Of Pursuits & Pastimes is looking for a Deputy General Manager to join our team, joining us in taking sport and speciality drinks to the next level.

The Brotherhood, an Independent Sports Bar, founded almost a decade ago, prides itself on being a place like no other, bringing the stadium into the bar.

We are looking for someone with tons of character and a go-getter.

We have lots of regulars who are like family to us so we'd love it if you love a good natter too.

Pay for this role will be 32k with a 5k bonus paid quarterly.

Your day to day roles will include,

-Opening and Closing the Venue
Interacting and touching tables with our amazing guests
-Rotas
-Nightly line checks

-Working towards achieving all targets and goals set
-Stock management
-Cash Handling
-Helping the general manager in the day to day operations of the venue
-Inspiring and leading the teams through coaching and training as service and standard being our main focus.
