We brew craft beer right here on-site, sling out fresh, fiery pizza, shake up bold cocktails, and keep the party going every night of the week. The music's pumping, the drinks are flowing, the guests are vibing - and we need a Deputy General Manager who thrives in the middle of it all.

Your Day-to-Day (and Night-to-Night):

Running the floor during lively services full of cocktails, beer, pizza & positive chaos Jumping behind the bar or helping out on the floor when it's all hands on deck Coaching and leading a vibrant, diverse team who bring their A-game Getting stuck into stock control, rota planning, and keeping everything safe & slick Owning the venue when the GM's off - you're not a passenger, you're in the driver's seat

You Are:

A hospitality powerhouse with 2+ years' experience as Assistant or Deputy GM in a fast-paced bar/restaurant Cool under pressure, fast on your feet, and confident making decisions on the fly Obsessed with great service, great drinks, and great vibes A natural people leader who can rally a team and build a brilliant culture Hungry to grow into a GM role - and ready to earn it
