Lockside at Greenway Hall are looking for a Deputy General Manager to join the existing management team and help the business to grow.

You should be used to working as part of a large team, will be someone who can work on their own initiative, help continue to maintain our high standards and provide a great customer experience. Smart appearance and a 'can do' attitude are a must :)

Previous experience is essential, an ideal candidate would have great knowledge of the hospitality industry

All of our food is made in house using fresh seasonal produce with a focus on local suppliers as well as sourcing the best quality products both front and back of house. We pride our self on offering fantastic customer service, allowing staff to bring their own style and personality to the job.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for the culinary industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front of house activities
- Manage and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on guest feedback both good and bad
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers

What we need from you?
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food production, food safety, and hospitality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in computer systems such as POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
