To support the senior team providing leadership, support to the General Services Assistant team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that high standards of a full range of hotel services are provided and maintained internally and externally, supporting the senior team.

Main duties of the job
To support the GSA Supervisor providing a full range of hotel services within the community hospital that hosts multiple departments and staff, providing a wide range of services.To monitor/audit and report standards within the Hotel Services remit.To provide day-to-day support to the GSA team.To ensure that duties, tasks and responsibilities are carried out to the required standards, within allocated time scales and with due regard to clients, visitors and other staff.
