Overview:

In accordance with the Company policies and procedures to assist the Head Housekeeper by taking responsibility for the day to day operation of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that the specified standard of performance is achieved, whilst achieving maximum guest satisfaction. To deputise for the Head Housekeeper in their absence.



An excellent opportunity to work with additional departments and collaborate with Senior Managers across the Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

To be constantly aware of guest's needs and ensure that staff also recognise the expectations of guests.



To anticipate guest requirements and take appropriate action to avoid guest complaints. To ensure that any guest complaints are resolved and followed up, report all incidents to the Head Housekeeper and log them in the handover book.



To take responsibility for a smooth and efficient daily co-ordination of all Housekeeping activities. To check that special guest requests have been attended to. Liaise between Housekeeping, Laundry and Reception concerning status and availability of rooms.
