Circa 75,000 dependent on experience + executive package





What you'll be doing:




Providing day-to-day support to the Head of Flight Operations and in their absence fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the nominated person as detailed in CAT's Operations manual Part A Section 2 Ensuring operational compliance with the relevant CAA Air Operations regulation and standards Maintaining an oversight of the planning and scheduling of crew to satisfy the FTL (Flight Time Limitations) regulations and ensure correct crew complement is maintained within company policy Establishing strong stakeholder management practices with internal and external points of contact from a safety and operational perspective, including technical operations, flight operations, safety and compliance, military operations, airfield management and Air Traffic Services Acting as a key representative of the Flight Operations department in company operational, safety and hazard meetings and report on all matters relating to flight safety issues that have or could affect CAT flight operation Supporting regular CAA audits and other third-party audits as required, working closely with the Company's Safety and Compliance Department

Your skills and experiences:




Extensive flight operational and aviation industry experience Proven understanding of operational practices and procedures associated with an aviation environment Familiarity with relevant Aircraft Operating Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures Strong understanding of current aviation regulations, compliance and governance Deep practical and technical appreciation of aircraft performance, mass and balance Strong understanding of Aviation Safety Management Systems Previous line management and change management experience Degree qualified or equivalent aviation qualification or experience
