We have an exciting opportunity for a NMC Registered Deputy Head of Healthcare to join our team at HMP Rye Hill a category B Prison located in Rugby.
You will be managing 4 clinical leads that cover Mental Health, Pharmacy, Primary Care and Business Manager.
HMP Rye Hill has a capacity of 660 males after 18 +
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 25th June.
Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
  • 8am - 4pm with 30 min break, or 8am - 4.30pm with hour break
Salary:
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary between 54000 - 57000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As a Deputy Head of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will
  • Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on
feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery. * You will also provide day to day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet
commissioner expectations. * Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the financial framework that is safe, high quality
and in line with CQC requirements. * This will be achieved through adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with statutory responsibilities whilst driving excellence.

Qualifications required
  • NMC Adult Registered -Essential
  • Inclusive leadership approach embedding a culture of continuous progression and innovation
  • Experience of client management or meeting commissioner expectations
  • Experience developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
