Nottingham University Samworth Academy has an exciting opportunity for a driven and strategic Deputy Head Teacher of Quality of Education.


As Deputy Head Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, leading on curriculum, achievement, and the overall quality of education. You will join a dynamic and values-led leadership team committed to delivering transformational outcomes for our students.


Your main responsibilities within this role will be:

Lead all aspects of curriculum design, implementation, and impact Strategically drive whole-school achievement and raise standards Oversee pupil premium and catch-up funding strategies Support vulnerable students and those with additional needs Lead staff development, wellbeing, and professional growth Strengthen student leadership and voice across all year groups Enhance parental engagement and external partnerships Contribute to school improvement planning and leadership development
